Without a Food Safe protective wood finish – your beloved kitchen wood utensils will absorb just about all the juices and flavours it comes in touch with. A soapy washing regime can only further dry out the wood and eventually lead to cracking. At worse – moisture building up in the wood can cause it to rot inside, deform the wood and stimulate the build-up of bacteria. Use this oil to condition and protect your wood items on kitchen duty!

The 100% Food Safe Mineral Oil is standard ammunition – reliable and has a legacy of serving kitchen utensil in food service around the world. The oil has no color, no odour and uniquely formulated with vitamin E so that it won’t go rancid.
Our CITRUS BEESWAX Cutting Board Conditioner is exciting. It’s a premium luxurious oil blend made with natural bees wax and lemon/orange essential oils. It brings a gentle refreshing traditional citrus aroma to the wood – while the Food Safe Mineral Oil deeply penetrates the pores – allowing the natural Bees Wax settle on the surface – leaving a layer of protective sheen: So doing, they collectively condition the wood. Preventing, drying, cracking and the growth of bacteria.
PS: Our Beeswax are sourced from rural communities whose livelihoods are dependent on managing sustainable beehives in the Citrus area of Tzaneen, Limpopo. Our Oil Blend Master met these beekeepers. “The beeswax produced from bees in these citrus areas makes a much better oil when infused with the food grade citrus essential oils.” – He says.
